Got a Mattress to dispose of but don’t require a Skip? you’re in luck…. our single or specified item(‘s) waste collection service offers the perfect solution.
A cheaper alternative and prevents any need to have a Skip taking up valuable space on site for longer than needs be, our Mattress collection service will take your rubbish away immediately.
Our single or specified item(‘s) waste collection service is ideal for those items that are not typically accepted within a skip due to disposal difficulties, for example:
- Electrical Appliances
- Persistent Organic Pollutants (POP’s) Waste
- Furniture
- Automotive
- DIY & Hazardous Materials
- Exercise & Fitness Apparatus
We include labour within our prices allowing us to load in as little as 10 minutes.
What’s more, there’s no road permits required for public road removals.
Delivery Information
Nationwide Mattress Collection Guidelines
- Collection Fees: £40+ vat (regardless of the number of items).
- Removals will be carried out between 8am and 6pm unless a specific time slot has been confirmed in advance.
- You will receive a notification on the day of delivery, advising an allocated delivery slot and tracking reference.
- You do not need to be present for delivery – If you have any specific instructions with regards to access or collection, please advise at the point of ordering.
- Please ensure there is somewhere safe and free of charge for our drivers to park within a reasonable distance of your property.
- Collections are permitted in accessible areas only – E.G inside or outside the property, in the garden or kerbside, as long as access is clear and safe (otherwise wasted journey charges may apply).
- Dismantling maybe required of ‘large’ freestanding units (to be communicated pre-collection if applicable).
- Driver may advise when loads have reached its weight or cubic yard capacity.
- You will be required to complete a pre-collection survey to ensure collection suitability (issued post-booking).
Waste Collections will be completed by an approved partner.
Cancellations and Failed Collections
- Upon our arrival, if we cannot carry out the removal for reasons beyond our control, wasted journey charges of £65+vat will apply.
- If there is more / different waste than originally booked and paid for, the Driver will contact the office for approval and additional charges will require payment before collection.
- £30 cancellation charges apply for Waste Collection cancellations within 48hrs of the requested collection date.
- Any post-sale fees (where applicable) will be redeemed via our approved supply partners.
