Got some waste to dispose of but don’t require a Skip? you’re in luck…. our Man and Van, 7-yard (Half Load) Removal Service is the perfect solution.
No need to have a Skip taking up valuable space on site for longer than needs be, our Man and Van Removal service will take your rubbish away immediately.
Our Man and Van Removal Service is perfect for lightweight, bulky and green garden waste. We can also collect the following hard to dispose of items (at additional cost):
- Under-counter fridges
- Mattresses
- TV’s and Monitors
- Fluorescent Tubes
- Tyres
We include labour within our prices allowing us to load in as little as 30 minutes.
What’s more, there’s no road permits required for public road removals.
Delivery Information
Nationwide Man and Van Removal
- Man and Van Removals will be carried out between 7.30am and 5pm unless a specific time slot has been confirmed in advance.
- You will receive a notification on the day of delivery, advising of a 2-hour window for delivery.
- You do not need to be present for delivery – If you have any specific instructions with regards to access or collection, please advise at the point of ordering.
- Please ensure there is somewhere safe and free of charge for our drivers to park within a reasonable distance of your property.
- Driver may advise when loads have reached its weight or cubic yard capacity.
- Upon our arrival, if we cannot carry out the removal for reasons beyond our control, wasted journey charges of £75 will apply.
- Our vans will accept a small amount of soil provided it is in bags and does not exceed the weight limit included in your booking.
- If there is more waste than originally booked and paid for, the Driver will contact the office for approval of additional costs.
- £15 cancellation charges apply for Man and Van Removal cancellations within 48hrs of delivery.
Man and Van Removals will be completed by an approved partner.
Size & Weight Restrictions
7 Cubic Yard Load
A half load rubbish removal van will hold the equivalent of 14 washing machines and is a similar size to a large skip.
- Up to 500kg
- Holds 45 – 55 bin bags
- Load Time Included: 30 minutes loading time

Prohibited Items
Our vans will accept a small amount of soil provided it is in bags & does not exceed the weight limit included in your booking.
But, in general Man and Van Removals removals are not suitable for inert waste streams such as rubble, concrete & soil.
