Remediation Contractors UK
While the UK remains a World-leader in the regeneration of industrial land courtesy of its expansive remediation capabilities and technologies, there are still many challenges associated with converting Brownfield Site locations; most notably ground contamination and the associated cost and time consequences if managed inappropriately.
Recognising the importance of utilising natural resources and modern, environmentally sustainable remediation techniques, Mick George Environmental has established itself as a pioneering Contractor in all aspects of remediation, bioremediation and the specialist treatment of soil contamination, offering solutions which assess, mitigate and undertake removal of gross contamination.
The National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF) stipulates that a site cannot have gone through the planning system and still have the potential to be considered ‘contaminated’ under Part 2a. Whether your site is subject to a new development, voluntary remediation or suffered an environment incident, it may be necessary to remediate.
