Mentoring & Training
We work closely with regional colleges and schools to facilitate quality Apprenticeship programmes from various local education providers; including First Intuition, Cambridge Regional College, 3aaa, Moulton College and Peterborough Regional College.
Junior Graphic Designer
Having been released from a scholarship programme with Peterborough United FC, one year since concluding his education, Sam is now a qualified Graphic Designer having completed the Mick George Group Apprenticeship Programme. ‘’It's a fantastic working environment to learn new skillsets. From the very start, the business was right behind me by way of training and helping me to settle in. I was made to feel very comfortable, and it certainly set my career on the right track.''
Starting as an Apprentice, Jack is now a valued member of the I.T team on a permanent contract looking to further his career in the I.T sector. Operating in a thriving and rapidly growing department, Jack is tasked with the daily upkeep of all computing technology to prevent any downtime at the businesses head office.
I am extremely happy to have completed my Level 3 Diploma in Recruitment Consultancy and thankful for all the support from my Line Manager and colleagues at the Mick George Group. I'm now enjoying further developing my career with the business, in the position of Internal Recruiter.
