Polyisocyanurate (PIR) Thermal Sheathing 2400mm x 1200mm foam insulation boards are suitable for use in warm pitched or flat roof constructions, in new build and refurbishment projects.

Our PIR Insulation boards offer excellent strength to span the rafters and to sustain loads transferred from the roof covering.

Thermal Sheathing boards are available in a variety of sizes / thicknesses and coverage areas.

Zone 1:

• Spend up to £120 (exc. vat) on our Timber or Building Material range for a delivery fee of £20.
• Spend between £120.01 and £210 (exc. vat) on our Timber or Building Material range for a reduced delivery fee of £15
• Spend over £210 (exc. vat) on our Timber or Building Material range for FREE delivery!

Zone 2:

• Spend up to £120 (exc. vat) on our Timber or Building Material range for a delivery fee of £23.
• Spend between £120.01 and £299.99 (exc. vat) on our Timber or Building Material range for a reduced delivery fee of £18
• Spend over £300 (exc. vat) on our Timber or Building Material range for FREE delivery!

Delivery Logistics: All our Timber and Building Material products will be delivered by 3rd party vehicles.

Kerbside delivery applies as standard, but we will typically try to deliver to your front garden or driveway – We will leave the product in a safe location adjacent to the main roadway, but off of any public highways.

**If a delivery scheduled is to a gated community, this will need to be communicated to us in advance and access provided. Where restricted access applies, if waiting times are encountered for the delivery, then additional charges may be incurred.

Cancellations, Exchanges; Failed Deliveries:

• For any orders that are returned (unless deemed faulty), the customer is liable for the return shipping fees equivalent to that incurred in the original order (Building Material orders also incur a 75% charge of the initial order value).
• In the unlikely event that we’re unable to complete the scheduled delivery due to access restrictions or a non-secure delivery location, the customer is responsible for the restocking and redelivery fees. If the delivery can’t be rescheduled, then no refund is available.
• If your products are faulty, please email photo evidence over within 24 hours for review.
• All returns or exchange requests need communicating to us via email or telephone within 3 Working Days to be considered (faulty, or not).
• If your order arrives incorrect (missing items etc.), this also needs communicating to us via email or telephone within 3 Working Days to be considered (faulty, or not).

What is PIR Insulation?

PIR Insulation is short for  Polyisocyanurate Insulation and made of a thermoset plastic that is produced by blowing agents as foam insulation, before being formed into solid boards. PIR Insulation is a light, thin and durable insulation board.

Where Can PIR Insulation be Used?

PIR Insulation boards are most often used in pitched roofs, installed between the joists. PIR Insulation can also be installed as timber framing wall insulation, cut to size and fitted between studs.

Is PIR Insulation Flammable?

PIR Insulation is not a flammable material although you should always check the manufacturers information to see it’s fire rating before applying to the building.
