Delivery Timeframes: 1-10 Working Days

Delivery Guidelines:

• Once your order has been picked, our logistics team will be in contact to arrange a suitable delivery date / time, and discuss any special requirements.
• No specific timeslot for deliveries will be provided, but your delivery driver will call you between 30-60 minutes before they arrive at the delivery address. We aim to deliver between the delivery window of 07:00am – 17:30pm.
• We offer a kerbside delivery service only; the delivery service does not cover the driver carrying materials to the rear of the property. Please note that our delivery vans do not have cranes.
• Your delivery driver will assist with the unloading of the order from the vehicle and will place it in a suitable area outside the front of the property.
• Photographs will be taken of the delivery, and the customer will be asked to sign a proof of delivery. Any issues with the products need noting on this paperwork before the driver leave your property.
• If no one is at the delivery address at the time of delivery, the delivery driver will leave your order in a suitable space and will photograph the items in-situ. We cannot take responsibility for your order once the driver has left the delivery address.

• We are not responsible for any shortage or overage of materials on orders.
• A wastage allowance of materials is always advised (generally between 5-15%), but the exact wastage allowances are discretionary.
• All of our items are sold as advertised. We do not offer a cut-to-size service.
• Once a delivery date has been booked in, we are unable to make any amendments to the order within 2-working days of the delivery date provided otherwise charges will apply.

Order Cancellation:

• Customers are able to cancel orders within 14 days of ordering. We ask customers to do so by emailing us at [email protected] or call 0800 587 3329.
• If the order hasn’t been dispatched prior to cancellation, a full refund / credit will be issued.
• If the order is cancelled once we have delivered the items OR the delivery is refused by the customer, then we reserve the right to charge for carriage and a restocking fee.

Faulty & Damaged Products:

• In the unlikely event that a delivered product is faulty or damaged, we will exchange the product or provide you with a full refund. Notification of any defect must be made within 10 days of the product being delivered to you. We reserve the right to inspect all returned products prior to agreeing to any part-refund, full refund or product exchange.

Returns:

• In the event that you wish to return a product that is no longer required, we will provide you with a refund less a restocking charge (if applicable) and excluding any delivery charges, provided we are advised of the proposed return within 14 days of the product being delivered to you.
