Failed Deliveries

• In the unlikely event that we’re unable to complete the scheduled delivery due to access restrictions or a non-secure delivery location (front garden / driveway), you may have the option for redelivery subject to customer approval and additional delivery charges. If the delivery can’t be rescheduled, then no refund is available.
• To avoid any delivery issues to a secure location at the front of the property, we strongly advise someone being present to receive the delivery, otherwise additional charges may apply, as explained above.
• Deliveries will only be made to the address selected for shipping at the point of order, and cannot be changed on receipt of the delivery, otherwise additional charges may apply.
• For any orders that are returned (unless deemed faulty), the customer is liable for the return shipping fees, plus a 35% charge of the initial order value, for restocking.
• Returns will only be accepted in full, partial orders will be declined.

While we prioritise delivering your order in excellent condition, when shipping fragile materials like slabs, occasional breakages can occur. Ordering extra material can help cover rare transit damage or installation mishaps, and ensure your project stays on track.

What You Should Know:

• Reporting Damage: Notify us of any damages within 48 hours and include photos so we can assist you efficiently.
  How We Handle Claims
• Damages Over £100 exc. vat: We’ll file a claim and arrange replacements.
• Minor Damages (<£100 exc. vat): These fall below the claim threshold, so replacements aren’t available. The construction industry expects a 5–10% breakage rate for fragile materials.

If significant damages occur, we’ll resolve them promptly with replacements (not refunds).

• The Size: They are “Z-shaped” so they can interlink and be installed effectively. In general they are 40cm x 16cm in size when installed.
• The Thickness: These slips are roughly 10mm thick, but have a varied thickness to give a natural finish.
• Colour Palette: A brushed white brick effect.

What Are The Sizes Of The Cladding Pieces?

Each cladding piece measures 40cm x 16cm and comes in a Z shape to allow for easy interlocking installation. The thickness of the cladding varies depending on the specific range but is typically between 10mm and 15mm.

Can Outdoor Cladding Be Used In All Climates?

Yes, porcelain cladding is suitable for all climates, including extreme heat or cold. It is highly resistant to freeze-thaw cycles and does not warp or crack easily under harsh weather conditions.

What Are The Benefits Of Using Porcelain For Outdoor Cladding?

How Do I Fix or Stick the Tiles to the Wall?

To fix the tiles to the wall, start by preparing the surface to ensure it is clean, dry, and smooth. Use a high-quality adhesive suitable for the type of cladding you’re using. Apply the adhesive evenly to the wall using a notched trowel, ensuring an even coverage.

For interlocking Z-shaped cladding, carefully place the tiles in position, making sure they align properly and interlock securely. Press each tile firmly into the adhesive, adjusting as necessary. Allow the adhesive to cure according to the manufacturer’s instructions before grouting or completing any finishing touches.

Do You Need to Grout These?

Grouting is not always necessary for Z-shaped cladding tiles, as their interlocking design helps create tight joints between the tiles. However, if the installation requires additional sealing or if the joints are wider than usual, grouting may be recommended to ensure a smooth, finished look and to prevent moisture build up. Always follow the manufacturer’s guidelines for the best results.
