What is Fire Coal?

Coal is a combustible black or brownish-black sedimentary rock, formed as rock strata called coal seams.

Coal is heated and pressurised with steam to produce ‘town’ gas for domestic lighting, heating and cooking.

What are Fire Logs?

A fire log is a manufactured log constructed to be used as wood fuel. Fire logs are designed to be inexpensive, while being easier to ignite, and burn longer, and more efficiently than firewood.

They are designed to burn one at a time with a controlled burn rate that burns the external surface area of the log slowly exposing more internal fuel as the log burns.
