Subsequently, we continue to build a team that has your best interest at heart and is available to support you wherever needed, during your career with the Mick George Group.
Your Employee Services department is there to provide you with not only up to date information on key things such as people policy and procedures, but also to support the organisations overall aims and objectives.
The department entails a number of functions that are designed to help make your time at the Mick George Group as successful as it can be. This includes Payroll, Employee Relations, Learning & Development, HR Administration, Recruitment and so much more.

Hi-Bob Intranet
Replacing the existing Staff Portal, our new Hi-Bob digital platform will make all necessary employee interactions, information retrieval or submissions, easier than ever before. From booking holidays, accessing documents, performance management and so much more, Hi-Bob will take care of it all.
