The Mick George Group completed £1.1million Demolition works on the 70 acre development, which is set to house up to 500 residential homes and other community dwellings, with the main 3 storey ‘Administration’ building, incorporating activity from their EC480E HR.
The ‘plants’ first requirement is befitting of its striking nature, as it goes to work on the former Ministry of Defence premises, located in Cambridgeshire. Since the MOD announced that the site was surplus to requirements back in 2006, it has since been officially closed in 2013, lying redundant until only last year, when it was sold to property developers.
