We aim to give its customers the best experience by delivering the best quality grass turf available in the UK.

Turf delivery charges and services vary by different types of turf and delivery location. Charges are confirmed at checkout before payment. You should arrange for live products to be delivered on the day you will lay them. Reducing the amount of time grass turf is stored means significantly less potential nuisance when it comes to installation; certain issues will not have had a chance to rise.

Delivery Pricing Information

Delivery charges vary dependent on volume:

• 0 – 20m² : £49.49
• 21 – 30m² : £37.50
• 31 – 50m² : £35.00
• 51 – 80m² : £70.00
• 81 – 100m²: £50.00
• 101 – 130m² : £75.00
• For orders over 130m², please call 0800 587 3329 to book.

* Please note, delivery of over 210m² will require access for an artic lorry.

General Delivery Information

Any discrepancies with the product need to be reported on the same day as delivery. Laying of the turf is essential same day, to preserve the best condition.

Therefore, we strongly advise that someone is present to receive the delivery, otherwise it will be too late to report any potential issues.

Turf will be delivered by a pallet courier that primarily uses 18-tonne rigid trucks. However, it is possible that your turf delivery could be made on a larger vehicle.

If access or other restrictions prevent vehicles above a certain size reaching your address, or there are other offloading or parking restrictions which could affect the delivery, let us know in the during the checkout process, so that special turf delivery arrangements can be made.

In the unlikely event that we’re unable to complete the scheduled delivery due to access restrictions or a non-secure delivery location (front garden / driveway), you may have the option to receive the original turf the next day subject to customer approval and additional delivery charges. If the delivery can’t be rescheduled, then no refund is available.

Please make sure you double check the delivery postcode and address carefully as after your order has been shipped, it is likely we will not be able to make any amendments to your order or address.

Grass turf is unloaded using a manual pallet trolley which is lowered to the road by the tail lift on the truck. Unfortunately, we do not offer Hi-ab (truck-mounted crane) turf deliveries. To offload the pallet, the surface must be flat and level. Since grass turf and topsoil can be heavy, and the pallet trolley pulled by the driver has small wheels, pallets cannot be delivered onto soil, grass or gravel – a tarmac or paved surface is required.

Kerbside turf delivery means that our turf is delivered as close as possible to the delivery address you provide. Our helpful drivers will do their best to place your turf delivery where you wish, such as a driveway, but this is at their discretion.
