Concrete Delivery and Collections
Operating from seven strategically located Concrete batching plants, Mick George Concrete is able to offer a Concrete Delivery and Collections service to supply Premium Ready Mixed Concrete to domestic, trade and commercial customers across multiple counties, within a 15-mile radius of each facility.
Our fleet of 40-plus modern barrel mixers vary in size and material volume distribution; ranging from 8m³, 6m³ and 4m³ Mini-Mixers, each supplying wet-batch Concrete, as well as Volumetrics for dry-batch Concrete requirements. Concrete Orders
Unless collecting your Concrete from one of our batching plants (identified below); all orders should be paid for upfront at the point of ordering – or added to your account. No payments can be made to drivers on receipt of deliveries.
Over and above the Concrete material costs, the following surcharges may apply and will be confirmed at the point of order (or on confirmation):
- Cancellation: Cancellation’s must be made 48-hours prior to the scheduled delivery, if not cancellation will be applied at £25/m3 charged at minimum £150
- Return: £150 per meter for returned concrete
- Diversion: £150 to divert a load
- Delivery timescales: 48 hours for specific timeslots
- Waiting time: £1.25 per minute after 30 minutes FOC
- Distribution method: causing extended waiting times

Concrete Collections
Concrete collections are incredibly simple and means that you no longer have to schedule deliveries, interrupting your working day. All materials can be added to your account, so you don’t have to worry about making payment at the point of purchase.
With the exception of our Ellington plant, all of our other batching plants offer collections (see listings above).
