Mechanical and Soft Strip Demolition
As one of the UK’s leading Conventional Demolition suppliers, we are experts when it comes to the mechanical removal of traditional construction structures such as concrete and steel frames, or load bearing masonry.
Our Soft-Strip service will systematically remove all non-structural furnishings inside and out; including partitions, walls, ceilings and fittings, as part of a wider, bespoke Demolition plan, facilitating any Mechanical Demolition activity or building refurbishments scheduled to take place.
We use only light machinery or hand strip your premises to ensure that the structure of your building will remain unaffected, and is fully prepared for ongoing works. This also includes the disconnection of any utilities where appropriate.
If any harmful materials (such as Asbestos) are exposed during the mechanical or soft-strip Demolition process, our in-house Environmental team will safely remove and dispose at one of our own Hazardous Waste facilities.

Material Recovery
Effective and efficient ‘soft stripping’ will reduce the amount of wasted materials, maximising recovery and recycling opportunities.
As a licensed waste carrier, we are committed to reducing the amount of waste that goes to landfill; simultaneously saving our clients money and improving their environmental contribution.
