St. Neots Town FC Sponsorship Renewal

Pre-season is underway at St. Neots Town FC and having already hosted two glamour ties against higher league opposition in the form of local neighbours Peterborough United FC, Cambridge United FC and Milton Keynes Dons respectively, the Club has received some further welcomed news ahead of the new season.

Local construction specialist Mick George Ltd has extended their sponsorship arrangements with ‘The Saints’ for a further year, prolonging the partnership for the fourth consecutive year.

The main attributes of the agreement will see the naming rights of the ‘Mick George Training Academy’ upheld, as will the organisations association with the recently added education facility that has been installed at the training amenity.

In exchange, the club will receive funding and complimentary Waste Management services at the 3G Arena and Rowley Park premises. Critically, this has freed up finances for improvement work to their state-of-the-art 3G pitch, which Mick George Ltd will also be supporting.

Behind the scenes, the club has been proactively engaging in various initiatives during close-season to further improve their senior, reserve and youth sections.

They said:

Barry Cavilla Chairman of St Neots Town FC said: " We are really proud to be renewing our partnership with Mick George Ltd. The association with such a prestigious brand has helped see the Academy go from strength to strength. It is an integral part of the football clubs portfolio, and to get this renewed support highlights just what we are trying to achieve here at St Neots Town, as a sustainable high profile community football club."

Jon Stump, Finance Director at Mick George Ltd commented: ‘’Grassroots sport is something the business has a vested interest in, as we take enormous delight in helping uncover emerging talent from the communities in which we operate, regardless of the specialisation. Hence the decision to renew the agreement was an easy one.‘'
