Skip Hire Goes Paperless
Following the successful launch of our Aggregate & Muck-Away Portal and RORO Portal six-months back, we have been working hard to develop the platform so that many more of our customers benefit.
Subsequently, we’re pleased to advise that all account customers utilising our Skip Hire service will now have the ability to view transactions and related documentation, instantly and securely, in one, convenient online location using the Skip & RORO Portal.
Replicating many of our other services, as of the New Year, we will no longer be providing paper-based documents for our Skip Hire service.
All waste documents including controlled Waste Transfer Notes and Weighbridge Tickets will now be provided as digital documents via email or through the Skip & RORO Portal.
The documents remain exactly the same, however, these will only be available to view and sign on the driver’s mobile device, rather than paper. All consignment notes will continue to be supplied as paper-based documents.
Skip Hire invoices will also be sent electronically via email. If you are still receiving paper-based invoices, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 01480 499 125.
View documents, update account information, check order statuses, view outstanding balances and save time matching tickets with invoices – these are just a few of the benefits that the Skip & RORO Portal will provide our customers.
