The Brief

- Pyramid were moving into a new business park and they needed to find a company they could trust to carry out all the work that was required to get them up and running. Mick George Telecoms took care of the entire process from start to finish.

- Pyramid were able to take all numbers with them from the old address. We managed this process for them as part of the move, like we do for all our customers.

- The free calls package we have given Pyramid along with all our other customers means that all calls to 01, 02, 03 and all UK mobiles are inclusive within our offering. This means Pyramid have a set bill each month. This keeps things easy to manage and keeps administration time to a minimum.

- Automated business continuity – never again can Pyramid be without the use of the phone system. The solution is pre-programmed with a range of details enabling the customer to have peace of mind that if anything was to happen to the Broadband or lines the calls will automatically be diverted without any manual intervention.
