Passive Purple is a VOC-free water-based product. It’s completely free of any nasty chemicals or fumes. What’s more, as a water-based product, cleaning your paintbrushes and airless spray device is a smooth, no mess task.

Passive Purple Handy Pack is a BBA Certified brush applied Airtight Liquid reinforced Vapour Control Membrane in a 3.7KG container. Use on multiple surfaces.

For small projects, such as private houses, the Passive Purple Handy Pack can be used with a flat paintbrush. In this case, an airless spray device is not needed.

Installation:

To install Passive Purple, you simply need to ensure the material or surface is dust-free, solid and closed before starting the application.

A closed surface implies that holes and joints need to be closed beforehand.

After these preparations, Passive Purple can be sprayed on with an airless machine, allowing you to apply up to 300 m² per day with a single operator.

For small projects, such as private houses, Passive Purple Brush can be used with a flat paintbrush.

• Window And Door Reveals: Windows and door reveals are a common culprit for allowing significant air leakage. With its fibre reinforced make-up, Passive Purple Brush will completely seal and dry into a tough airtight membrane that will not peel or become unstuck like your classic silicones and tapes

• Connections And Joints: Bridge the larger gaps in the wall connections and joints for a tough yet flexible seal which allows itself to work with building settlement before spraying over with Passive Purple Spray

• Wall and Ceiling: Completely seal the wall to ceiling connections with a perimeter application of Passive Purple Brush or Spray

• Slab Connections: Completely seal the slabs to panels and walls with a perimeter application of Passive Purple Brush or Spray

• Service Penetrations: Service penetrations can be the downfall of any building. Passive Purple and Passive Purple Brush are applied around objects that penetrate any surface of the external envelope sealing where most tapes and membranes fail and are too awkward to apply

• Cost Effective: Don’t risk tapes and membranes peeling away or becoming unstuck, leaving your house open for air leakage, costing you labour, energy and stress. Unlike traditional tapes, Passive Purple Home Pack can be applied with great speed and on damp surfaces
