Topdressing Sand & Soil Mix

Our Topdressing is a 70/30% blend of screened silica sand and black topsoil, screened down to about 2mm.

Top dressing is for existing lawn improvement – so for re-seeding bare patches and for feeding. Brush over your grass at a depth of 1-2mm ready for re-seeding and feeding.

Small bags of topsoil are 25kg and the perfect option if you want a small quantity of soil or if you have access issues and will need to carry through your house or over any walls etc.

*25kg Small Bags equate to 0.025 Tonnes

General delivery details:

• • Delivered Nationwide via a third-party courier (subject to variable charges added at the checkout – click here for a regional breakdown)
  • Delivered within 2-7 working days between 7am and 8pm.* We will do what we can to deliver at the earliest convenience. Email & Phone ETA confirmation will be provided once booked for delivery
  • Minimum Order Quantity x 5 (per ‘Small Bag’ material type)
  • Up to 40 small bags will fit on an individual pallet
  • Mix & match different ‘Small Bag’ materials, subject to a minimum of x 5 units per different material purchased
  • Delivery will be completed using a pallet truck to move the pallet of bag(s) to the kerbside/roadside or if physically possible, onto a level, solid, private surface such as a tarmac drive (not gravel or grass) – if you instruct the driver to offload onto your property, we are not liable for any damages caused.

• For any orders that are returned (unless deemed faulty), the customer is liable for the return shipping fees equivalent to that incurred in the original order.
• In the unlikely event that we’re unable to complete the scheduled delivery due to access restrictions or a non-secure delivery location, the customer is responsible for the restocking and redelivery fees. If the delivery can’t be rescheduled, then no refund is available.
• If your Small Bag Aggregates order is faulty, please email photo evidence over within 24 hours for review.
• All returns or exchange requests need communicating to us via email or telephone within 3-working days to be considered (faulty, or not).
• If your order arrives incorrect (missing items etc.), this also needs communicating to us via email or telephone within 3-working days to be considered (faulty, or not).
