Workout: Straight Circuit
Tasks: BW Squats x 12 / BW Lunges (x 6 each leg) / Hop & Stick (x 6 each leg) / BW Side Leg Squats (x 6 each leg) / Press Ups x 10 / Tricep Dips x 10
Circuit training is a form of body conditioning or resistance training using high-intensity aerobics. It targets strength building and muscular endurance. Traditionally, the time between exercises in circuit training is short, often with rapid movement to the next exercise.
Breakfast: 2-3 Weetabix with Semi-Skimmed Milk, and 1 Banana
Lunch: Tuna, Wholemeal Pasta with mixed Peppers and Onion
Dinner: Smoked Salmon, cup of Asparagus, and Wholemeal Rice
Snacks: Fruit Salad
