Mick George employees battle for Charity donations
Friday 18th November sees Mick George Ltd host their first ever charity boxing match, in what is anticipated to be the most extreme battle Vic’s Gym in Peterborough has ever seen. With the intense 8-week training well underway, Drivers, Managers, and Site personnel alike, are psyching themselves up for the battle of the fittest, to reign victorious as the Mick George Boxing champion.
The evening, which is set to kick off from 7pm, is to be hosted alongside ex-professional boxer, Tommy Martin. Employees are training hard for 6 matches, where they will each box 3 two minute rounds, under the watchful eye of Coach, Mentor, and Owner of Vic’s Gym, Vic Imbriano.
With all proceeds going towards Mick George Ltd’s two charities of the year, spectators are invited to purchase tickets at £30 each, which includes wine on tables, and back their winner through sponsorship in the lead up to the big night. If the excitement of the boxing wasn’t enough to tickle your taste buds, Riva Pizzas will also be preparing and hand delivering pizzas whilst hot, for guests to sink their teeth into in-between rounds.
