This 35 acre, 530,000 sq.ft scheme will comprise of 7 units, designed to the highest of standards, each with large service yards and car-parks.
Plot 3 is subject to the most recent activity, with Construction Company Mick George Ltd currently permitting Earthworks to the site, on behalf of Parkway Construction (MK) Ltd, who have been contracted to design and build a single, sub-divided industrial unit, valued at £6million.
Totalling some 80,000 sq.ft, the development will include the formation of a series of new water attenuation swales, tanks, culverts and ditches, that make the site fully SUDS compliant. On top of this, construction of new access roads, drainage, as well as an estate wide foul storage and pumping chamber, will be installed.
The Link 9’ development, which is anticipated for completion in early 2018, is strategically located adjacent to the busy M40 and A34 road networks and dynamic economic region of Oxfordshire, providing access to a skilled and expanding labour workforce.
Bicester is at the forefront of Oxfordshire’s growth plans, and with the population expected to grow from 30,000 to 50,000 within the next 15 years, this development is just one of a number of significant infrastructure projects taking place.
