Schedule of Works:

Preliminary Works:

- Provision of skips and waste management
- Isolate Water Supply
- Isolate Gas Supply
- Isolate Electric Supply
- Remove Radiators
- Asbestos test to textured ceiling in kitchen

Internal Strip out Works:

- Strip out existing fitted kitchen
- Strip out flooring in kitchen
- Strip out flooring in the dining room
- Strip out existing wall tiling
- Remove existing back door in the kitchen
- Remove area of stud wall where serving hatch used to be
- Remove stud wall between kitchen and dining room

Reinstatement Works:

- Supply and install 16m² Self levelling screed to the kitchen floor
- Supply and install 7.2m² Self levelling screed to the dining room floor
- Supply and install UPVC A Rated Casement Window in white
- Brick up area where stud removed in serving hatch area
- Skim both sides of the wall which has been bricked up
- Tile kitchen and dining room floor 23.2m²
- Replastering works following rewire (no inclusion for redecoration has been made)
- Redecoration works to the kitchen, dining room and lounge wall which was bricked up and plaster skim applied
- Re tile areas currently tiled as per kitchen design labour only no materials
- Reinstate gas supply
- Reinstate radiator
- Reinstate water supply
- Reboard and skim kitchen ceiling 16m²
- Supply and fit new garage lintel
- Supply and fit new up and over white garage door and frame
- Supply and fit new kitchen

Additional Works:

- Removal and disposal of asbestos textured ceiling
- Exposure and excavation works, and structural engineers report
- Breaking out and disposal of floor screed in extension
- Remove existing lintel and supply and fit new as per structural engineer’s calculations
- Supply and fit new screed to a depth of 50mm
