Playing Surface Improvements
The Mick George Community Fund has provided financial support to the value of £12,603 to Bluntisham Cricket Club for new machinery and equipment improvements.
Replacing outdated machinery and equipment will enable the continued upkeep of the playing surface. The machinery requested also includes new lawn mowers which will be significantly more environmentally friendly than the mowers currently being used.
Community Benefit
Bluntisham Cricket Club is open to club members and the general community. With the improvements funded by the Mick George Community Fund, the cricket club will be able to increase footfall and offer a much better facility that the local community can all make the most of.
