Mick George has operated within the construction industry since 1978 and has the benefit of over 30 years industry and business experience. A larger than life character, Mick is considered a straight talker but one who provides honest assessments and who adds real commercial value to any service. or job. From small residential property’s to building large businesses, Mick has the know-how, machinery and tools. He is a master of his trade, assessing and providing the safest and most efficient solutions to the job in hand.

Jon was appointed full time Finance Director in 2005 at Mick George Limited after spending three year’s operating as a part time quasi FD to the business and is responsible for the Company’s financial operations, corporate governance and commercial strategic planning. Having been involved with start-ups, mature businesses, family owned and large corporate shareholders Jon brings a wealth of experience, trust and confidence to any Company’s board.

Having joined Mick George at the end of 2002, Jon became an integral part of the team from the start. This has seen the business develop from a £6m business employing 65 people into the £100m+ business that it is today whilst employing in excess of 1,000 staff. The growth of Mick George Ltd was recognised by the Sunday Times in 2014 & 2015 fast track for performance and achieving double digit growth continually year on year since 2003, including through the recession years of 2008-2011.

Maintaining his drive, passion, enthusiasm and commitment for the task, Jon brings confidence and an assurance that will ensure the continued success, growth and profitability is consistently achieved through both organic growth and diversifying business operations with new services.

Ian was appointed as Operations Director, Mick George Telecoms in April 2017 to focus on developing the innovation and growth of cloud based solutions at Mick George.  Ian is multi skilled, having held many senior sales and marketing directorship roles in the past. This variety enables Ian to have a holistic insight into every aspect of the business, making him the ideal person to head up the operations within Mick George Telecoms.

Vicci heads up the Customer Services at Mick George Telecoms and has years of experience in managing high volume contact centres. She is a hard worker, and has a great understanding of all areas of the business. She also oversees our business development activities. Our resident ‘Shopaholic’, Vicci loves a bit of retail therapy whenever she gets the chance.

Stuart is a Chartered Marketer with extensive communications, advertising, branding, events, digital, sports sponsorship and social media experience in both B2B and B2C channels. In his role at Mick George he is responsible for the development and management of Lead Generation marketing programs, including strategic planning, brand management, KPI goals, execution, and ROI tracking. He manages a team of marketing professionals focused on executing marketing campaigns including email, advertising, direct mail, database marketing, and digital marketing. He is passionate, proactive and hardworking plus has a track record of delivering engaging marketing campaigns on time and within budget.
