The Brief

- Colbrook required cabling work from Mick George. The infrastructure that existed was not able to cope with the new technology. We took care of this for Colbrook and upgraded the cabling points to enable our solution to work.

- During the installation we had to ensure the PDG payment machine worked on the new connectivity we installed into site. Colbrook were supplied with very fast fibre from Mick George.

- Mick George haver carried out a comprehensive training program with Colbrook making sure that all customer contacts are in the system and the customer knows how to find them. the customer has been trained on our on-line web-based portal giving them complete control over the telephony.


Colbrook is an independent garage specialising in the sales and repair of Rolls-Royce and Bentley Motor Cars since 1985. They offer both a professional and personal service and consider themselves to be ‘enthusiast friendly’, maintaining a good relationship with the local section of the ‘Rolls-Royce Enthusiasts Club’. 



Our new Telecoms solution is far superior to our previous telephone system, allowing multiple calls in and out simultaneously. With the headsets we can now call hands free, extremely useful when retrieving files and making the necessary notes. We have taken advantage of the in-house training offered, this was very helpful in allowing us to access the full benefits of the system. We are all very satisfied with the new system, it fully meets our requirements and allows DRBS East to continue to provide the excellent service our clients have come to expect.
