£75k Waste Crime Fine Issued in Northamptonshire
Three people have been sentenced for waste offences on a farm in Northamptonshire.
The defendants were sentenced on 27th February 2025 which included being ordered to pay almost £32,000 victim charges and prosecution costs, with the total charges totalling more than £75,000.
The fines were issued following a full investigation where 34,000 tonnes of waste were found at the site, including large quantities of mixed waste piled over 10 metres high.
